I search but only found results for the SR but I was wondering if this is worth 90 bucks and if it will hit the steering shaft? I have the stock R33 down pipe so I was think of using this elbow and notching the down pipe if needed.

I was thinking about going that way too, but the description on their site seemed a little sketchy. It looks like the small pipe wouldn't clear. So I had a shop cut me a bunch of flanges/spacers and it worked out pretty good.

So do you think this elbow with spacers would clear? I guess I'll just have to test fit everything and go from there. but I guess no one has bought this elbow for this swap? that might tell me something

its clearance is worse than the stock elbow.

Any chance you might have any of those spacers left? I will buy them from you. None of my local shops want to do any work on my car.

If the problem with clearance is on the inside bend of the elbow, then this elbow should clear the same if I use the spacers.... wouldn't you think? I've had a few guys tell me they have it but not installed yet.

It should definitely clear if you use some spacers.

But if you use spacers with the XS, you lose the fully divorced wastegate.

Because the divider isnt long enough.

Might be able to get someone to make a longer one though.

OK Soooo it doesn't fit lol. The steering column is dead center oh the elbow (with my custom mounts) So it looks like we are going to have to make one from scratch. So JDMser I will need a flange from ya. I'll have to email you later but do u have any in stock? I'll have pics of the old not fitting up soon and then the custom one when it is done. oh also looking for 2 matching 3 inch flanges to use at the end of the elbow and beginning of the Downpipe. The Down pipe that came with my clip had a 2inch that flared out to a 3inch pipe. Thanks Guys!!

This can be easily remedied by using flanges as spacers. Get the flanges cut with a separate hole for the wastegate. Someone on the forum had a few extra flanges a while back, but I cannot remember who it was.
