one is a knock off and one isnt.. i assume you can conclude which is which.... i wont be a total ***.... from what i hear the casting on knock off is ****ty and is very brittle and rough, i also assume there might be some imperfections since it is not QCed like the greddy

The Greddy also comes with every little brand new quality piece of hardware you'd need and is a super nice piece.

There was a thread about the knockoff manifold, I cant remember if it was XO2, but it was very poorly cast and the guy had to do a lot of work to it. There were pits and loose casting all in it.

this has been covered numerous times, the cast knock offs are not as strong as the greddy counter parts, the aussies have done comparison tests with them. Stop trying to build cheap, put all your money in it, get some quality **** so your not crying about it in the morning when your motor is blown to shrapnel cause you wanted to save some money.

I have a knock off manifold on my Rb. I looked through and inspected about ten manifolds before I put this one on my car. The casting is poor quality, especially on the intake runners. The aluminum is so porus, my manifold leaks water from invisible pin holes on top of the mounting flange. I had this manifold powder coated, and it still leaks. It's a small amount, (like a drop or two) and I have a high press radiator cap. Looking back, I should have spent more and gotten Quality.

i jsut got a knockoff, it sucks... but i'm goign to try and use it, bolt holes dont line up, and the water neck wouldnt fit... its not that porous and casting is smooth inside though... still a POS but whatever

You get what you pay for! I looked at the knock offs too and i am so glad i went with Greddy... Just because its chrome plated does not mean it will make your car faster! plus if you have to ask you know the answer... they are all crap!
