xmas gift fitting? wheel spacers?

I was given a set of 18x8 inch Konig rims that are offset 45mm. I have brembo brakes on my 2004G35 coupe and the rims rub the brake housing. Is this as simple as getting some 20-35mm wheel spacers the make the rims fit? Does anyone know which millimeter spacers would allow for the tire to fit inside the wheel well safely but snugly? Also, my new rims arent staggered, should i use wider spacers on the rear? Has anyone used spacers on their G35 that would be wiling to advise? THX.
