XM to Sirius with factory Bose system

Has anyone seen or know how to translate the XM signal to Sirius using the 2008 Bose factory install receiver and antenna?

It's not possible that way. If you wanted to get a new receiver, antenna and an interface adapter to make it work through the factory radio, you could do it.
