XM/Sirius shark fin antenna

My car did not include the satellite radio option. I am looking at the possiblity of adding it on. However I cannot find the shark fin antenna anywhere. I wont put on the after market xm antenna as I think it looks terrible on a 42K car. Has anyone done any research on this? They say its a POE installation and it sits further up from the back window and I supposed it was drilled thru the roof. Any info would be appreciated.......
