My Juke is a week old. My XM was working fine this morning. Then suddenly it stopped working. No sound at all. Everything else plays fine. XM setup says good signal and active subscription. I'm stumped. Any ideas from the brain trust out there? Thanks!

Couldn't find anything through search. Might wanna look in your Juke's manual (if XM came with it) or call XM themselves.

So, about 3 hours later XM suddenly started working again. No rhyme or reason. But I'm having lots of trouble with it. Lot's of static. Complete drop outs driving in the mountains with a clear sky and open fields. Anyone else experience this?

Yeah, but the thing is, I have no trouble getting reception in the heart of NYC canyons. I don't get it.

Weird. Maybe the signal bounces off the buildings and that is why you still get reception in the city?

The warranty will cover that part for 3 years 36000 miles. Take it back to the dealership and let them handle it !

Contact XM Radio and have them perform a flash on your system. They can do a bunch of other cool technical diagnosis and services from their customer service center too if they find a problem with your radio.

You might also want to try refreshing your XM radio too. Here's the form to do it: https://care.siriusxm.com/retailrefresh_view.action
