Does anyone know where besides the Infiniti dealer that I can purchase the XM Satellite receiver fro my '06 G35 coupe? Having problems with this, it is in constant "loading" mode. Took it to a local car shop and he suggested that the module is bad. Anyone else having this problem? Any and all help woulld be appreciated!! Thanks

Welcome to NICO

First question is when is the last time you used your Satellite Radio?
Have you used it and updated the channel lineup that occurred on May 4th?

Have you called Sirius customer service with your radio id (tune to channel 0 to obtain it) to confirm your account is active and in good standing?

From your post it appears you may not have used the radio for awhile?

Good luck

Thanks for the quick reply Telco,
I purchased a three subscription from XM in the end of March, I've been using the XM radio everyday since then until about a week ago when this problem occurred. I had no problems with the May 4th upgrade either.
I have the radio ID from when I started my subscription. Now I cannot change the channels at all, it only says "loading" and won't do anything

Hmmm!

Before concluding it is a hardware issue call Sirius XM customer service and ask for tech support or tier 2 tech support and describe the problem

If you can locate where the antenna connects to the radio unplug it
Your display should then change from loading to antenna not connected
