After the first year I feel I don't use it enough and trying to cancel, theyrequire a phone call to cancel and they won't take no for an answer, neverencountered a Rep using a sales pitch that they use, don't think I gotmy point through when I hung up on them. Think I lucked out by payingthe first year with a check, otherwise they would be charging my creditcard any way. Claim I have a contract that I don't. Google has numerouscomplains re the same thing, some threatened with collection agencys.

Enjoy your radio but be prepared if you should want out some time.

Sorry to hear about the bad experience, I personally love XM and have had great service, I actually purchased a Lifetime plan a few years ago for $499.
