What's the currently included XM radio/traffic subscription with the 2010 G37 sedan? I just picked mine up but really didn't get any info about it. I haven' called XM yet as I wasn't sure that I needed to (maybe they don't even know the car was sold!).Thanks.

My dealer told me that it is only good for three months after purchase.I asked if they could "forget" to tell XM, but was told that they are notified as part of the sale.

I sure wish I could get XM for cheaper, I can't afford to pay that much right now. The traffic and weather sure are cool, though!

I had an Acura and was repeatedly able to get XM radio it for $77/year by threatening to cancel. I'm not sure about traffic though.

I haven't used XM traffic yet. Do you find it helpful?

I'd also be interested in hearing opinions on the xm traffic. When I brought up my nav yesterday I got a message saying that xm traffic expired (guess my car turned 3 mos old yesterday) but I never used it so I have no idea how, or how well, it works.

XM radio is crystal clear like a CD unless you are under a bridge, in a tunnel, surrounded by tall trees/buildings... basically anything that obstructs the satellite signal. It will cut out and come back in.You can either get the $77/y promo which anyone can get or you can call them and say you saw the $5/m for 6m promo and they'll input it. Worked as of Mar 18/10 for another member on a deal forum I joined.

Don't know about XM traffic though.
