Ditto...my dealership sets up all the vehicles with XM they sell...I just picked it up and it was already to go. Got the notice from XM that I was a new temporary service customer...hoped I would buy a subscription.txgcoupe wrote:Keep calling them every day.

Get a supervisor on the line.
Better yet... get your sales guy off his a** to provide post sales customer service.
