XM radio

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

I have been trying to activate XM, all I get is the Preview dialog. I have spoken to XM four times. The car gets the signal but can't pick up any stations. I've gone through the process with XM where I leave the car stationary with the radio on and they resend the signal. Now they say call the dealer (who didn't even know how to activate the trial period). When I said they didn't know anything, XM said someone would call me in 7-10 days...not satisfactory.Anyone have any thoughts? I'm wondering if i sign up for paid service if I'll miraculously get a signal.

Keep calling them every day.

7-10 days is not customer service.

Get a supervisor on the line.

Better yet... get your sales guy off his a** to provide post sales customer service.

Ditto...my dealership sets up all the vehicles with XM they sell...I just picked it up and it was already to go. Got the notice from XM that I was a new temporary service customer...hoped I would buy a subscription.

I wouldn't want to d!ck around with setting it up.
