Ok, so i'm looking into putting xm radio in the honda. I realize that i'll need the tuner box and the adapter for my headunit, I have a question about antennas. I hate stuff like that outside the car so is there any decent looking ones out there or any that mount inside? Thanks for the help!

You can try mounting it on the dash. Most people who do this put it either in the middle or towards the passenger A pillar near the windshield. Dont run the wires yet, just drive around to different parts of town and see how the reception is. If its good, run the wires behind the dash and call it a day. Most people who try installing the antenna inside experience some intermittent loss of signal even when they arent around trees, mountains, etc. It seems to be different from car to car. The antennas are made for exterior use, but they are pretty small and I dont think most people could see it unless they were close to the car or were looking for it.

Good luck, let me know how it goes.

So I talked to my brother and he says XM blows. He had sirius then got a new truck with the xm radio factory installed and he says it cuts in & out and doesn't have near as good music as sirius. He also says there is commercials on xm. So anyways, i've been wanting a headunit upgrade so i'm either gonna go with an alpine or kenwood sirius ready headunit Then i'll work on the antenna issues. I'll update once I get everything

I'm a big Sirius fan as well. I used to be big on talk radio then got out of it for a while. Once I got Sirius, all I listen to for the most part is uncensored Howard Stern and Bubba the Love Sponge. It's great that the DJs finally have the freedom to do and say whatever they want. Whenever I get in a mood for music, I can switch over to one of the 4 or 5 metal stations and be happy. All of the music channels are commercial free, except for channel promotions and **** like that, which take up about 10 seconds and only come around probably twice an hour. My Sirius is running on my computer 24 hours a day. I fall asleep listening to the damn thing.
