Hey everybody.I just purchased a 2004 Nissan Maxima SE a few weeks ago from a Nissan dealer and aquired about having XM installed.Nobody could give me a direct answer, two days later after purchasing the vehicle,I noticed the struts needed replacing. After picking up the vehicle I posed the question to someone in the service department, he made a call to someone else in parts and they quoted "about $750.00" Whoa!If anyone has XM professionally installed to the factory radio can you quote price and where did you have it installed.I have the Nissan sound package (No Boise).Radio has the SAT button.

well theres two ways one is buy a cassette adapter but we all know they suck so the best bet is on a AUX in interface which costs about $120(below is the link for one at ebay) thing is if you buy it you can hook your mp3 player and whatever ever you want if not i say thats a damn good price these days a decent xm radio it self cost around $40
