XM NavTraffic acting strange

My XM NavTraffic started to act strange from this Afternoon and the symptoms are,

1. On Nav screen it used to show arrows in Green/Yellow/Red, they are gone.2. My XM radio didn't work for about 30 seconds showing LOADING sign and it works fine.3. "XM NavTraffic required" screen shows when i click on Traffic info.

I got the 36 months of XM/XMTraffic Free trial by calling XM and obviously it has not been 36 mos yet. I don't mind loosing it since i got them for free but it's strange because my XM Radio still works fine. In my area, the sky is pretty dark/covered with ash due to the mountain fire around.

Is anyone experiencing this? Hopefully its not the XM finding and banning the EX owners using free trials.

Any inputs will be greatly appreciated.

I as well have xm for 36 months and Xm nav traffic says expired.. not sure if its a glitch or nav traffic is dead? and or broken ... possible it was a trial.. not sure but its not longer working...

UPDATE: My XM online account says, EXPIRED XM NAVTRAFFIC, I used NavTraffic for like 6 months now.

I think I saw in the previous thread, someone had to call couple times to get it fixed.

I called in today and could get my NavTraffic Re-enabled after being transfered couple times back and forth.

Punjab, I strongly recommend you to call in and tell them we were told the 36 months trial is for XM Everything Package(radio and NavTraffic), not just the radio. My strategy was to act little bit dissapointed in XM service, they did not even ask how i got the 3 yrs trial, it looks like they knew about this already.

i always get the worst turds when I call XM, I cannot get the 3yr free deal. They've only offered me the $72 a year deal once and I didn't take it.

I was told the free trial was for 3 months, not 36 months. Scott
