Hello all. I have recently purchased a gently used 2007 M35 with the advanced AV package. It has the in console DVD player plus Sirius radio integrated (and the AUX inputs).

I wanted to get a lifetime Sirius subscription, however, it seems that those are no longer being offered as of the end of 2011. :bs:

I do have a lifetime subscription on an Audiovox CNP2000H XM Radio mini tuner http://www.amazon.com/Audiovox-CNP2000H ... B000I4A1MA (it can be moved from receiver to receiver). Has anyone found a way to utilize this mini tuner in combination with an after market interface? If I cannot find a way to lash it together, I will probably default to a aftermarket streaming BT solution that would work with my Samsung Galaxy Nexus.

Thank you in advance for your help.

If the XM mini tuner has a RCA in or a head phone jack, you can go to radio shack and buy a RCA to RCA cables, or a 3.5mm head phone jack to RCA cable and plug it in to the RCA plug behind the center console.

Then, on your DVD audio setting, select AUX to stream whatever is on the that RCA plug.

Unfortunately the XM mini tuner is like an enclosed decoder chip, that has the advantage of being physically relocated from one audio device to another. It will not work without a powered electronic receiver. The receiver has to have circuitry built in to process the decoded signal. Advantage is you can have one XM account for home, car, and office,in theory.

I know the entire thing is a long shot, but thought I would ask.
