XM Help

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Hey Guys

So, I took delivery on my 2008 EX 35 Journey w Premium, and can't seem to find the XM ID to subscribe.

I understand that Im supposed to tune into channel 0, but it only shows channel 1, and there's no ID there.

Any ideas on where else I can find it?

Do you have the navigation package?

I think you need that for XM.

I dont have the Nav....but when I hit the AM FM it also goes to XM on channel 1, and tells me to call to subscribe.

You can subscribe online but you will need your radio ID.

Take the car back.

The receiver is either broken or the car is not equipped with XM.
