XM antenna on rear parcel shelf = bad idea?

In my car I have my XM antenna on the rear parcel shelf. It's magnetic, and for some reason sticks to the rear parcel shelf. Am I potentially causing problems with any of the electronics in my car? I've had it there for a year with no problems, but this hasn't occured to me until now.

Unless you have a sub or CD changer mounted to the bottom side (inside the trunk), I wouldn't think so.
