xhaust drips gafuel injector help neededfuel injector

I just put in a new injector and the car drove fine for a few minutes. Went to work the next day with it smelling of gas and the old problem came right back. With the injector I got all these o rings but only used one. I couldn't see where the others went so I didn't think i needed them. Now the car is pouring gas from the exhaust and is undriveable. Also the 4th cylinder is flooding. Does anyone know exactly how to correct this? I'm afraid I might have created a hole in my piston. Thanks,Matt
