supervtec sells them for 25 on ebay but then adds the $50 shipping charge making it into $75 total. I figure he does it to lower his listing costs with ebay.

thanks will look into buying it soon.

EDIT:stupid question. i have a 2.5SL and it didn't come with halogen lights. i see that the ones they sell on ebay are conversions from halogen -> HID so i was wondering if i would need anything else or could i just use the conversion kits they sell on ebay. For those who bought from that seller on ebay how long have you used them for ? don't want to buy them and have to replace every few months or so

I installed slim ballast xentecs 5000k today for the low beams and fogs, pretty simple install. I had a small problem trying to find a place to put the ballasts, I used the double sided tape and the plastic zip ties to try and hold it in place, hopefully they will hold. Will the heat and the bumps in the road damage them any? Also they seem real bright with fogs on with the lows, does anybody know if its illegal? Also when these lights burn out how can we get replacement lights?

does anyone know how to get a hold of this seller? i bought 2 kits from him or her and i got everything i needed, but one of the bulbs was bad. i tried it on 3 different ballasts with no luck. it would fire, flicker, and turn off. so i put a different bulb in that ones place and no problems.

so i know its a bad bulb but i emailed the guy 2 times, once this weekend and once today with no response. this is the address i have [email protected]. all i want is to get my foglights finished up, anyone have different contact info for this vendor?

Who was the seller? I purchased the slim xentec kit from a seller called supervtec and the email I used where they responded was [email protected]

Please if you havnt bought any HID's from this seller stop there. Do not buy them. Its been since may and im still battling with him. His name is Pete. He also other names on ebay. Dont try calling him either his number is fake. Go to these links http://www.tundrasolutions.com...rvtec/ and http://www.rhinoforums.net/sho...ge=25 and read the forums. Iv bought 2 sets nothing but trouble.

sorry to hear about the HID troubles, but just for a heads up try to avoid posting links to other forums, the mods on nico will call you out on it really fast.
