Xentec HID kit (Ultra Slim set)

I installed a 8K h11 Xentec HID kit on my 2010 Altima 2.5SL I ordered the Ultra Slim *round* ballasts... Ive had HID plug and play kits before (i had them on my wrecked 2010 Sentra but they were the standard ballasts *thick boxy one*...) These digital ultra Slim rounded ballast are awesome, but im having one MAJOR issue...the lights flicker.. not terribly like an on/off flicker..but a flicker like its not producing enough Arc or current to the bulbs making the light appear to have a vibration movement to them even when the car is off... Im not sure what to do...if the ballasts are bad..or its something else..or maybe i should just get standard slim square ballasts instead...
I know everything is installed right, all the connections are secure and tight... not sure what would be causing the flickering

actually the guy is offering a full refund...the first kit had a bad ballast, he sent me a new one and i got it the next day. But now since ive fully installed the kit..the lights flicker..

checked all connections, they are as secure/fastened as we could get them.

both driver/passenger flicker... when the car is on and off.

im gunna send this kit back for a refund... from what ive found online, xentec kits commonly do this. Im gunna buy a kit from the eBay seller *lighting623* i have bought 5 other kits from...theirs dont flicker.

I got three replacement sets. I have the same problem. Also notice you can see a damn thing on the road? The lights are a load weaker then my stock halogen bulbs!
