Well, as a precaution, I haen't been leaving them in the auto position. Pretty much turning them on and off when needed. I will try it out and see.kenlin28 wrote:Just a question...do you usually have your lights on the "auto" position? Still slowoly shopping around and just been reading about some problems with certain HID's (one side coming on) in the "auto" position. Thanks
oh ok, i know where the Trick Trucks in Kensington is. so they didnt tint over the dot matrix on the rear window? from what i understand a good tint shop should know what to do....put some vinyl over the dot matrix, then tint over that.kenlin28 wrote:A friend referred me to HP Racing in Glen Burnie. They were pretty good, just the usual dot matrix on the back window if it bothers you. The price I paid was $150 which is with the high performance tint. Supposed to have been $180 but they had my car for 3 hrs total n I complained. This was my first time using this shop since I moved in the area. Before, I have always used a tint shop in Kensington of of Connecticut Ave. Can't remember the name but it is next to Trick Trucks. Good Luck
no, my Xentec's didnt come with relays, but i bought some anyways. still had some problems with the bulbs not firing up on start up, and it got so bad i just ended up taking off the relay's. i think it might have been that i didnt have the relay kits grounded properly, but ever since i took the relay's off i havent had a problem with the bulbs not firing up, so we'll see if i put the relay's back on or not.kenlin28 wrote:Let me know. Did your HID's come with the relays? If so, did you use them? Just waiting for some free time to order ine and try to install them from the wheel well.
