I'm going to upgrade to factory xenon headlights but my question is there any relay going between a power source and ballast? If anyone remember my project with q45 projectors that I was using 02 maxima ballast but before the ballast there's some kind of relay. So I'm plugging 12V+ to simple 2 wires and then it goes throw relay after that it connected to the ballast and a bulb. The main question if I get these ballasts connected to the 12V+ so I don't have to use some other brand ballasts will they work fine just like aftermarket ballasts?
