in order to get true "HID" you need the kit (ie: xenon bulbs and ballasts like this... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...A1318 )....the only reason why this company that produces the bulbs you listed, and all the other cheap companies out there, claim their bulbs are "xenon" and "HID" is because the bulbs give the illusion of being HID (ie: the blue tint to the bulb which makes the lights look blue).....not because they are actually true Xenon HID bulbs. those cheap bulbs that claim to be Xenon HID bulbs are actually halogen bulbs (the same bulbs that you have on your car right now), except they have a blue tint on them that makes them look like HID, and actually reduce the amount of light that the bulbs produce (duh...any kind of tinted/colored glass is going to produce less light output than clear glass)

^If you want to make a trip down towards LA, I'll help you do the install. It's easy. Don't pay a shop to do it... pay me.

save the time and money and do it yourself. check around the forum and look for the DIY thread for taking off your bumper. thats the hardest part....lol. the HID kits are all plug and play. couldnt be easier to install. even getting the bumper off is easy once youve done it one time. i cant get my bumper off and back on in less than 10 mins.
