Does anybody know if Xenon bulbs like the ones in my Q wear out? Do they get older and loose some of their power?

Also, can I replace these ones with a different colored bulb?

I know nothing on this subject.

Yes they will wear out and/or fail.

The best bulbs are always made by Sylvania/Osram. Anything above 6K° K will result in less lumens and more glare.

So what happens when they wear out? Do they get less bright?

is this HID bulb?

their life time genreally is longer than conventional bulb but they too will die

minor problem will just be light flickering

major problem will involve major flickering, intermittent not wanting to ignite, or just won't ignite at all

find out the size on your Q, such as 9007? 9006? H4? and buy a pair from ebay.

Like someone said, phillip, osram, hella are all OE and last you for years.

They generally just fail.
