Xenon Bulb Change

Hi group: Question! Do I really need to remove the grill, bumper, and headlight assy, in order to change the xenon bulb in my 2004 Infiniti G-35 sedan? I know you have to remove the inner wheel well plastic shield to get to the rear of the headlight assy, but why does the manual call for all the other stuff to be taken off? Thanks

I haven't replaced mine yet. I'll take a look in the daytime tomorrow. However I'll bet someone will have answered your question by then. Sorry I'm not more help on this issue.
