Its very creative. A bit over the top for my taste, but still good stuff for creating something out of nothing. By the way, your page freezes on the gallery section. None of the links work.

No offense bro, but here's the real critique.

No good website requires the user to turn off pop-up blocking. I think most of my computers have 2 if not more apps to block pop-ups.

Since the intro page is really useless after you've entered, just use a standard link.

Second, why the hell would you design your website to fit into a pop-up window? No scroll bars? If you want the site to be big, you need to make it user-friendly. Web users look for the same basic navigation interface for just about every site they go to. If yours is different, that's ok, but it HAS TO be SUPER easy to identify.

Third, it's way too busy for my taste. Yeah, I know the skate crowd all has ADD, but damn. So much of the content gets lost because there's soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much **** to look at and it's not put in any sequential order (yes, even the most abstract designs have intended order).

I'm a designer. I do this for a living. I can't say all of my designs are wonderful, but I know my ****.

I closed it once I saw it re-sized my browser window .

I think you'll find a lot of people will react in the same manner.

the site made my head hurt... I think it would send Epileptics into a seizure !...... with that said, creativity has no bounds! Its nice to see you guys express yourself without fear of outside critique... its just a bit too busy for old guys like me though! But self expression, true self expression is a dying phenomenon... DO YOU my dude!

COLOURS!!!!!!!!!

the pop up is for the media tv that pops up behind and to the upper lefthand corner of the actually website... the main page is just for preload purposes and to contrast the window that pops up dead center... I designed it to fit into a pop up window so the image map can be dead center and there's no need for resizing... the window automatically resizes if you leave to an important part of the site to pay or whatever... I thot it out pretty much on my end...

but I do appreciate the feedback and I'll take it into consideration, I've recieved nothin but positive feedback from our fans for which our site is intended for and they definitely know how over the top we are with our boards and music - so with that said - it is refreshing to hear an outside opinion.

Thank u guys for your opinions and I'll look out for more! preciate it!

Considering the content of your site, I would think that designing the whole thing in flash would be much easier. That would negate the need for a static sized window and the image map.

Consider the fact that there are people like me who do 80% of their surfing on a 24" monitor. I think the resolution is 1920x1400 or somewhere in that area.

There are lots of boneheads (I'll be one, one day) who surf on larger/higher res screens. That pop-up window only takes up 1/6th of my total screen.

I'm not trying to be a d!ck, just trying to help you out. I personally don't care for the design or content, but that's just because it's not me. I know others must appreciate it. Unfortunately most people who "rave" about designs have no idea of what a good design is. They just see contrast, saturated colors...etc...and say "oooh....ahhh". F#$%ING TARDS!

that's really good to hear... I always wanted to get sum technical advice on things... yeah I considered flash and blah blah, but I started working with our photography and used those as layouts and came out with something I thot was unique and appealed to our fanbase... I tested it at our studios' big *** screens and it looked great! (to me of course) and worked well with what I was goin for... I wanted something compact, centered, with a lot for its size and content, I didn't want a run-of-the-mill site - something out of nothing (as battleship boy put it lol jk)... and those "retards" are our's and other's fans and consumers so more power to them.

and yeah, contrast and saturated colors rule! LOL

I stopped taking anything mch says seriously a while ago... from posting cartoons of people with bulging eyes in black face (in which case he either knew what it was and is borderline racist, or he didn't know, and is just ignorant) to saying that a company like Chevy makes good cars... i just can't take anyone like that seriously!
