I was thinking about buy an s13 red top motor from http://www.streetimports.com Has anyone bought a motor from them? Its a little cheaper than others, so i was wondering if anyone knows why. Thanks

prices FROM 1799 meaning their crappiest motor will be 1800, and your lucky if it will be complete....hey what do you know? this is a direct quote from their "faq" page:Quote »Wiring harness and motor mounts are usually cut upon removal from the donor vehicles, meaning you will have to use your existing mounts and harness or purchase one seperately.[/quote] doesnt come with wiring harness, those will run you a couple hundred or more buying one seperately.they dont say anything about warranty, start up guarentees, nothing...so if you're gonna buy a cheap engine, you usually get an incomplete piece of junk. When it comes to engines now, you get what you paid for.
