They are some what local to me . . . . about 50 miles away. I know a guy that buys SR20VE's from them all the time. They seem pretty cool just give them a call and get the 411.

thats where i got my RB20, 2 years ago...but i haven't started it up yet so i couldn't tell you if they are reliable but what i can tell you is, i got a series 2 RB20, thats really clean, came with everything listedmy harness was cut, so i sent it back and he returned an uncut harness with the swiftness, my coolant temp sensor (the yellow thing on the coolant port) also broken and he would NOT replace that. so i dunno what i will do about that.

he does offer a "start up" warranty meaning he guarantees all his engines will start up or atleast thats what he told me on the phone.

since we no longer bring in our own, we get our motors from them. They sell to alot of shops who say they import. John is one of the few owner that goes to Japan to pick the motors out...

I got my RB20 from John at NEOTECH. He and Nick (his employee) are great guys, or were to me anyway. Mine was $999.00 + shipping to Florida, which was $380 IIRC. Came with everything it it should have and was ultra clean with a compression test done. The cylinders read as follows in PSI#1-177.5~#2-177.5~#3-170.5~#4-177.5~#5-177.5 with #6 being the lowest at 163.5 John and his wife were just getting ready to leave for Japan when I got mine a few months ago. He hand picks the stuff he ships back and does mostly wholesale to people that "import " their own stuff. I'd go with NEOTECH again in a second.

That's because they work. He sold me a set of McKinney motor mounts and a transmission mount when I got mine. Makes sense to sell a product that will make the customer happy doesn't it?
