Nissan-Infiniti Performance Parts

JDS Performance is teaming up with a couple partners to start making Nissan/Infinity Aftermarket Performance Parts

Our first performance part is going to be;
A completely redesigned Solid Aluminum Subframe Bushing set
for the Nissan s13 - s14 - Z32 - Skyline chassis

Reason being - We installed a set of eBay knock-offs on a s14 chassis and had huge issues with the install - and found so many ways to make the design so much better and easier to install. So it was a no brainer to redesign them.

_______________________________________________

- The new design will keep the subframe at factory spec
- Design modifies the bushings(compared to the bushings on the market today) So they will be easier to install into the subframe
- No more Custom Rubber Inserts!

- No these are not knock-offs of other designs - These bushings are made to our our designs specs.

- We have alot of R&D as well as tested these bushings out on our own cars - so you as the buyer do not have to worry about be test pilots

_______________________________________________

Kit will include;
- Complete set of redesigned solid aluminum subframe bushings
- No more Custom Rubber Inserts!
- Free Install DVD ($17.00 value)
- Free Shipping anywhere in the US
(Thats $40.00+ in extras we are giving away)

The Price of the Newly redesigned Solid Aluminum Subframe Bushings Kit - will be $120.00US - Free shipping anywhere in the US

You can go to the website to pay - or pay via PayPal to [email protected]

We are starting up this venture to make better design products as well as new designed products.
That we will test ourselves on our own cars.
So you as the buyers don't have to be the test pilots.
We will strive in making products that perform up to the tasks at hand.
We will not put a product out that we feel will not perform properly.
We are not here to turn a profit (not just yet anyways).
We want to build a relationship with the community so that maybe one day we can have a very successful business.

Let me know if you need anything!

Are you guys ever going to come out with a video on how to build a high compression high HP NA KA24de?

Well I actually have one sitting in the garage. Its not much different than my KA24DET Motor Build other than you will use SOHC pistons, tighter/stock oil clearances & and as much $$$ as you can throw at it - IMO its not worth it $$$ wise - 200rwhp is the highest All Motor KA has made to date and that not much for the amount of $$$ needed to build it.
I still may do it though - more on the lines of a cheap high compression motor build and then dyno it. Might happen this winter if time and most importantly money allows...

Why use SOHC pistons though? I'm talking about a true high compression build like a welded quench area, ported, milled head, and some loby pdm cams, using stock DE pistons, along with a N62 MAF to let that engine breath. Clover leaf welding and milling yields a higher efficient compression without effecting the swirl in the chamber using a hemispherical shape piston top. Something different than what the cheap DIY forum guy can do in one weekend. SOHC pistons aren't efficient and it lower's engine VE because it reduces atomization in the chamber for natural aspiration Flat top piston design and a flat pentroof head does not equal more power. I was talking about the aspects of a true high compression engine, not just re working the bottom end for piston design. Head work is where naturally aspirated engines make their power, it doesn't come from piston design.

11.1:1 KA24de using ka24de pistons yields more power on lower octane, than a 11.1:1 ka24de using ka24e pistons yielding less power on higher octane. Just food for thought if you want to sell a video. Putting the thought into a planned blue printed build will make more money than doing what any average joe in the forums can do.

Wow where did you quote that from? haha j/k. Well personally and I would even say for 90% of my buyers we would use the SOHC pistons and resurface the block/head as much as possable with a set of nice cams and all the rest that applies - as we are not rich and always want more bang for our buck. Yes there is always better ways of doing things and if I had a million dollar sponsorship for a racecar we would be talking alot different but we all know thats not happening. So with all that being said it would be more benifical for my viewers & I to make a high compression motor build on the cheap video rather than the all out sell my house, wife and kid to make a "real" high compression motor video. But thanks for all the cool info maybe someone will read it and get some good use out of it. :dblthumb:

will there be anything in the works for any videos on the SOHC engines? like you did for the DOHC (eg. removal, teardown, rebuild, turbo, install)

It is in the works - I have a guy donating the motor - but its in pieces so it will need bits and pieces Im sure. The biggest thing will be the time to get it done as there are 4 videos in front of it to get done. Its tuff trying to get things done with a 1yr old. Loving every min. of it though.

I have the SOHC/DOHC swap wiring video on my youtube channel as well as alot more "free" videos;

If you want to donate the "complete" SOHC KA motor for this rebuild video - I will do all labor for free - you pay shipping both ways you can have it back - Or I will sell it here in NC and give you 90% of the money. If your serious send me an email for more detailed info.
