Ok this has to do with my earlier post about my fuel injectors. I finally got all my o-rings replaced and reinstalled my injectors i have great fuel pressure and no leaks it holds like a champ. But....... a few weeks ago my fuel rail was leaking into the block which caused my engine to hydrolock. Now, i cleaned out all the cylinders with excess fuel and they were bone dry. So i went did the reinstall and checked everything. Now i crank it over and it smells rich and no i have not changed my oil just yet but i will tonight. And i noticed alot of black oil coming from my down pipe to my exhaust and it's leaking a little but enough to make a good oil spot on the ground. Any questions. Also, i have not driven it since i put the injectors back on just cranked and started it a few times.

When the oil gets full of fuel you can KILL an engine. Fuel lowers the viscosity of oil making it LESS of a lubricant and that can kill bearings, eat seals, kill all sorts of good stuff.

FIRST PRIORITY change the oil!

Run for 50 miles and change it again!

Watch out when you pull the drain plug because it is going to come pouring out. Make sure you have a big enough drain pan because you will probably have about 15 quarts of a gas & oil mix come out of the engine. Also take off your intercooler pipe & open your throttle body to make sure their isn't any oil laying in your intake manifold.

By the way i'm not gonna drive it just yet just try and get it to idle is what i'm lookin for but when i do drive it i'll do an oil change again. thanks. Yeah man it was runnin really crappy this morning tons of smoke was coming out and it smelled rich like a mofo. It's all coming out though and there isn't any in the intercooler or intake or tb.

WELL, sad to say it but it had 12qts Of fluid in the whole damn system. I filled up my 10qt oil change container then made a mess on the floor. I got it all changed out and well i still have some residue in the system somewhere and it keeps smoking(white smoke rich) on the exhaust and freakin i have oil coming through the exhaust as well.

ANY SUGGESTIONS

i have no oil leak anymore. It's all done. what would be the symptoms of that? because as luck has it i have another head gasket handy. Well my mechanic will be here tomorrow so he'll give a better solution and explanation than i can.

EXACT same thing happened to me. And when I tried to start it with new oil, I had the white smoke coming out as well and fuel spraying out. I'm trying to switch back to stock injectors.

I hope my headgasket isnt blown, or i'm gonna be pissed.

If your headgasket is blown, wont your compression test yield crappy numbers?

i haven't checked for compression just yet. Also, i have another head gasket handy if that is the case.

Blown head gasket can yield low compression if it is leaking compression. Sometimes they will go on a cooland or oil passage and just mix coolant/oil together.
