My year atleast. The passanger seat has manual adjustment. Like you pull the lever up and it goes back and the you pull the one in the front to slide it forward and back. I think those are pretty easy to take out. No electronics. I agree with you opn that one. I had Bourbon leather in my M, and they somehow managed to use Bourbon seats, black everythign else AND tan pillars & headliner.
