92 s13ca18det swapprevious owner did swap car cranks and idles smoothly but at the hint of throttle it shuts of?any one have any clue what could be the problem??

No idea. Check the CA FSM or search and youll find your answer.

Is it getting enough fuel? Maybe your FPR is bad.
