well the fan was on.i ran the car for like 45sec before i left got there and the store was close so i came back it was not even a mile away so how's it possible?ppastos wrote:Its call a "heat soak" when you go to the the store on a warm day and leave you car off the electrical parts inside the car heat up more because of the lack off cooling because there is no fan running.
So when you come back the RPMs rise or the car will surge which is dangerous or there will be other side effects.
true that but i had to make it to Kragen to buy something before it closed but stupid employee was like we close at 7 when they close at 6.But wouldn't be anything big right as of now?ppastos wrote:well you got me but always, let your car warm up could be the engine or transmission being pissed at you?
Dealer= Pocket drainerppastos wrote:Well if it did it once then no,
But if it does it again then yes just check for transmission codes and ECU codes maybe even TCS codes then if none of them show anything an you still have that problem then see a dealer.
I'll have it in mind but yeah what do they check?ppastos wrote:Do what I am going to do, Get them to do a full checkup with consult (And they better do it for 80 bucks cause that what they told me) Then just fix the problems your self but at least then you will know what the problem is.
Q45Tech pleas tell me when they say they will do a full checkup would you know what they do I mean do they do everything in the FSM or do they just go by the consult menu and just do what ever the consult lets them do?
