WTF, service manual download doesn't work

Discuss the RB20, RB25 and RB26 series engines.

I have tried downloading the service manuals from the link in the sticky several times, but it won't open. Does anybody have a link that they know works? I'm looking for the r32 engine manual or anything that will have the engine torque specs and timing belt replacement. Thanks
