Sounds like Knock Sensors. R+R of KS is about 3-4 hours with a nap in between Check my post on how to get to KS w.o taking plenum off. here - zerothread?id=116280Plus you might need to do fuel rail/injectors flush. I remember someone had said that if BG44K helps than there is fuel system consern! In my case BG$$K didn't really help. Cheers

So i just scanned the car and came up with 4 codes.

P0325 Knock sensor 1 ckt Malf

U2500 See service manual

P0330 Knock sensor 2 ckt

P0302 Cyl 2 Misfire

Does this mean that both my knock sensors are bad or could it be another issue making these codes pop up? Any ideas what the U2500 code is? How much is this going to cost me now? LOL Thanks for the help.

1-2 days???? Your post says 3-4 hours. God I hope it's not that long.

Anything else you can think of that I need? I hope this is it. My 2nd knock sensor will be here thursday.

I ment plenum R+R is 1-2 day job w/o proper set up! Plus you gotta get a few gaskets to plenum R+R!The way I did it, it took me about 4 hrs with taking few brakes. Make sure you have the water hose that is under air runners, you will need to cut it to get it off. I don't remember size but NAPA carries hoses of that size. Cut it in half, take it to NAPA and you'll be all set. Reuse all hose clamps, otherwize you'll end up with leaky hose JAPANISE cars have BETTER technology when it comes down to details such hose clamps and the like!I ran it today on a "Red Brick" Snap-On scanner in Generic OBD-II mode no DTC's or abnormal data. O2 (upstream) seemed to be a bit (tiny bit) lazy. I will deal with them later. Get spark plugs replaced the same time. Cheers1
