Okay so when I got my engine I replaced all the injector orings, lubed them up and popped them into place. On my first start up the 4th injector leaked and it ran on 3 cylinders.Couple months later it leaked again and I drove it home on 3 cylinders. A coupe weeks later it happeend again. Fixed it on the side of the road and it works good for about 2 - 3 days. Just went out and drove my car around town for 20 mins til I start shooting 4 foot flames out the exhuast and running on 3 cylinders again.

I'm sick of this problem why the f*** does it keep leaking? They are brand new seals and I relube them with vasoline every time. 4th injector doesn't have a pintle cap, but neither does 1 and I've never had a problem with 1

I'm almost tempted to put rtv around the seal

Check your injector bosses to see if it has some loose metal or sharp edge thats cutting the ring. Also use vasaline or motor oil on install. Make sure you lube the rings and hole so they slide in with no friction.

Push in as far as you can by hand and then use the cap to slowly draw them in tightening a rotation per screw alternating until it bottoms out.I used OEM rings.

DON'T do that!

You have to "POP" the injector inside.

I used the write up that "AZHitman" had and what you do is get a socket that fits inside the small hole of the injectors and you get a ratchet attached to it and push down on the ratchet until you hear it pop and that's when it's in all the way.

If you have done this and the problem persist than I highly suggest looking into getting new injectors. It seems to be that your injector has a very small piece thats cutting them, probably something that's not obvious.

I had a leaky injector for awhile with my old injectors and replaced the orings twice than I just got rid of them and bought new ones from DW and it's been fine since then.

Does it rip the oring everytime you put it in or are you assuming its oring related and you just pull it out and stick it back in. Lift the rail off and prime the pump with the injectors all in place, see if the injector leaks from the business end of it, maybe its a bad injector. Or you can swap injectors and see if they problem moves.

When it starts to leak first thing I do is pull the rail off and prime the pump. It sprays past the small bottom injector oring. I pull the injector out re lube the orings and pop it back into place by using a vice grip on the end of it and just pushing down til it clicks in. I don't know if this is properly set, but none of my other injectors leak.

Then I prime the rail and it's sealed good until it starts to leak again sometime down the road.

I'm going to try making a hood spacer to let some of the excess heat that might be building up back there out.

The seat on the inside of the rail looks and feel smooth, though there could be an inperfection I might be missing.

Other than that they were brand new orings when I bought them.

My friend also suggested swapping the injector to another port, but I'de rather not cause a bigger problem since the other ones don't leak.

And also I can see a small amount of fuel leaks past the big orings that seal the rail to the manifold. I can see drip marks from where it leaks out on the bottom. Just a small amount though

slide style I might hit you up on the deal if this continues

Replace the o-rings. ALL of them.

If you've installed the injectors once, and removed them, then you no longer have "brand new" o-rings.

Deatschwerks (one of our sponsors) should be able to hook you up.

And no more talk of RTV, lol...

You should be confident enough that you can swap injectors without damaging something in the process of diagnosing a problem. Avoiding it is not the key, get a hold of yourself man!!!!!
