so i have a ka24de-t, ran fine for awhile then it sat for about two weeks, drove it to a body shop to have a minor facelift and some new paint, ran fine, out of left field it won't start and gas is pouring out of the exhaust manifold, changed plugs, cleared the cylinders(in case of severe flooding) and had the injectors flow tested, nothing wrong with them, but its doing the same thing, any ideas?

Could be one of the injector signal wires is shorted out causing full open condition.

You can change the parts all day, if they aren't getting power you're just swapping out perfectly good items for no reason.

I agree! I would talk to their boss, because there is no good reason that a prefectly running car would leave dripping fuel.

Well, to run you need fuel, air and spark. Troubleshoot each system all the way through. Obviosuly you have air, unless the IACV is stuck shut and the throttle won't open. So that leaves fuel and spark.

well it starts, starts out on all cylinders then goes to 3, then 2, then back to 3, and smoke is everywhere, coming from under the hood and exhaust, oil is coming out of the return line, the turbo side, which means there must be something blocking it, because there is no pressure after the turbo

Did they do any welding on your car at the body shop?

Have you done a compression check to verify that they weren't just joyriding and blow the engine? Check all your body grounds?

Drop off a running car, pic up one thats AFU...really simple deduction. Take it back and have they pay for everything that is wrong. You may be screwed for having waited so long. If you need help filing a grievance with the proper authorities and bureau's let me know. I can point you in the right direction.

Def, that is the way I see it. Especially since it is a body shop, if it were a speed shop I might tell you tough titties. A mechanics shop, well, shame on them if it leaves without running. But a BODY SHOP!?!?! You need to talk to someone.
