WTF is up with sportmax 002's?

So they come in 15x8+0, according to their website and their customer service people. The only 16" diameter wheels come in a high ET and 7' in width.

HOWEVER there have recently been threads about a 16x8"+0 002 and a member even claims to own a pair. The only proof anyone can come up with is ebay auctions which are hardly concrete forms of evidence.

SO if there is a 16x8+0 sportmax 002, why doesnt the company have any knowledge of it? Are these people just measuring the ENTIRE width/diameter of the wheel instead of the actual measurements or what?

thats what i'm thinking... but i too have heard that they now offer a 16x8 +0 now from word of mouth...
