Probably not... ?
Plan to race the thing at all? Especially with really stickey tires (r-comps in particular) you may want to look into not using those spacers, or at least getting extra strength lugs.
Typically the weight of the car does not rest on the lugs at all, it rests on the hub... The lugs clamp the wheel onto the hub and and the lip supports all the weight.
Some wheels, like Diamond Racing wheels, are lug centric vs hub centric, meaning the are supported by the lugs... So I doubt the wheel is going to fall off, especially in normal driving with street tires... But it is putting a load on the part of the car that holds the wheels on in a way that was never intended.
I have little to no experience with spacer, but on a full sized car I would want the spacer to be supported by the hub, and the wheel to be supported by the spacer, rather then putting the weight on the lugs.
Our race car (schools formula car) is lug centric, and we racing slicks with no problems so far... but it weighs like 800lbs.
