wtf? is this right??

i ordered some v2 SPl Rear toe arms for my s13 they came and everything but when i looked at them carefully i noticed that one of the arm was longer than the other. i know they are adjustable but the body itself is about 1 1/2" longer. is this normal??

s13 toe arms should be in equal length left and right. Any pics? I'd like to see. Just talk to them. Kuah will take care of it right away.
