WTF is that sound

so.. since my car started acting up and assaulting itself 2 weeks ago it has been in my garage. tonight i finally got a chance to get a recording and I was wondering if anyone could identify the problem based on how my engine sounds. You can hear the ticking whe it idles but when i rev it it sounds like **** is esplodin in there some where anyways i'd really appreciate if some1 could help me nail this.
