Did you do this all with the throttle body wide open?
When you do a wet test you need to pour the EXACT same amount of oil into the cylinders so you dont end up with a result like you did on cylinder 4.
General rule that applies to a compression test. Dry Test : If you have low compression on one or more cylinders or 0 compression it could be multiple things. Wet Test : If you have all near perfect compression or close after pouring oil in from a cylinder that was low, you have at least damaged rings. If you still have low compression or 0 after the wet test, you have a bent valve or a a valve that isnt seated right, which could be attributed to carbon build up causing a valve to not seal properly. A broken exhaust gasket if it is bad enough can also cause you to burn up and distort an exhaust valve which will also cause low compression.
Pressurize the cylinder at TDC on all four cylinders and see if you have bubbles coming out of your radiator, this could indicate a crack in the engine/oil coolant passages, (or more likely) a blown headgasket. Hope that helps.
