You should set the base idle properly on the IACV.
- warm the engine to operating temp and shut it off- unplug the AAC-start the engine and set the idle screw so it idles at 650-plug the AAC back in
It should immediately increase and settle at about 750. If nothing happens, the AAC solenoid might be NFG or the IACV casting might be plugged with oil buildup.
Having the base idle set too low, or if the AAC is dead will result in the idle diving and sometimes stalling the engine when the clutch pedal is depressed.
Also check the TPS to ensure it is set right.
