Why? Nothing has been proven. Oil filter was not likely the cause of his engine failure. Maybe if he wants to be a ****head, but other than that....

The best oil filter for nissans are the ones made by Nissan, actually I do believe they're made by Wix.

Nissan makes cars, not oil, or oil filters. They make cars! Leave the oil and oil filters to the companies tha tmake oil, and oil filters

Seriously though. If Nissan filters are made by Wix, why not buy a Wix filter rather then buying a marked up wix filter from Nissan?
