sound like you talking of two different things here. you said drive shaft vibration but you talk of abs and non abs like you talking bout half shafts. which is it. drive shaft vibration will give you a knock in your floor board. then your center support bearings are shot or you didn't tighten the bolts correctly. also the clutch being soft; did you bleed the clutch system? also check the slave for leak. pull on the rubber and expose the shaft see if any fluid comes out. if so replace the slave.

this can be many things...flywheel not tightend down/improper clutch install...drive shaft bearings bad/not installed corectly..yolk not installed corectly...here is the deal thou.....

Tow this down to a pro-driveline shop..donot drive it!..

there are somethings as a beginner you can learn on..this is not one of them..if the drive line became unbalanced durring operation of the vehicle..it could fly apart and go into the cockpit of the vehicle rite where the passenger and driver seats meet with the center tray/ashtry/ciglighter...i have had this personally happen to me durring a race..thank god i reinforced my driveline area with fiberglass or id probly be without leggs...i would allso suggest having a 1 piece driveline made..insted of the 2 parter..heed my warnings sire..good luck.

I'd check if you bled the clutch right...If your using the 2 piece, did you set the center piece in properly? +1 for ditching the 2 piece for a 1 piece if you didn't yet

i found out what it was and i dont know why but the large fat ring like thing at the front of the drifeshaft was rubbing the round metal spacer at the end of the trans so i trimmed it a little and its not rubbing anymore. still small vibrations at low speeds but it goes away as i speed up, no noise or anything. im thinking its slightly out of balance. as far as the clutch its still soft, too soft and ive bleed the s*** out of it. there is a TSB about bleeding it after repair but nothing i didnt already know

Well Mine makes all sorts of noise( I dont even want to call it a vibration) And it has done so for a long time now. I got the subframe spacers and it didnt change much, then I finally got tired of it got a DSS steel 1 piece and now its much much worse. slowing down with the transmission from 3000 - 2300 rpms its a loud mess thats sounds like its around the diff and maybe the back of the transmission(possable sound transfer from shaft?) the nismo engine mounts were replaced with cusco solids, and I bought a new nismo transmission mount. I cant figure this out. Nismo 1.5 way, sub frame spacers, DSS steel 1 piece, cusco motor mounts, nismo transmission mount. Drive shaft is balanced I had that checked. Thanks if anyone can help!!!
