I made an order on the 24th. I got the conformation email but it doesnt state my tracking number or the order status as it says it should. I have called and emailed like 7000 times and cant get through to anyone. Are there any reps here? Has anyone had any problems like this before with them?

sorry for bringing back an old thread, but i am in the same situation. i ordered a sr20 swap dvd over 3 months ago. after the first few weeks i emailed him and he called me right away, he forgot to send it out, few hours later i got an email saying it was shipped. it must be in the mail somewhere, i've been emailing and calling for the past month or more just for a tracking number to see whats up with it, but no response. at this point i just want my money back to get it else where. how do i get a hold of these guys?

I've been wondering about this, seeing as how some people have posted in the sticky in the SR forum... Noone bothered to respond when I asked if they ever got their stuff, so I assumed they did.

i was thinking about ordering from http://www.240sxtechdvds.org/, but after reading some of the posts in the 240 general sticky i might just hang tuff. do dvd's get lost easily for some reason? im sure the suppliers ship them out when they should, just seems like everyone is having problems.
