Recently I ordered a set of egr block off plates for my ka (Seeing as I was missing 90% of it anyway I figured just block it off seeing as we don't have a smog test here) anyway the first one went on fine, but the other one is not fitting and will only allow one bolt to be bolted up to it. I put one in there and tightened it down really hard to where it wouldn't budge, but I'm still skeptical about it. (It's the one that only requires two bolts, not three. Sorry I can't describe it any better, still trying to figure stuff out...lol.) Anyway, can anyone help me out on the situation? Probably did order the wrong one but it did say for 91-94 240sx so yeah, lol.

(That's the one that's not fitting, this is not where I ordered it though, just a quick picture to show which one it is.)

I made mine out of a piece of aluminum and sprayed copper gasket maker on both sides to seal it up.

Mine blocked off the 3 bolt side, looks like yours bolts onto the 2 bolted side.
Spray copper gasket maker or something and it should be fine.
