WTF Car won't Start?

WTF? I got up this morning, changed my bumper back to original stock, then when i tried to start it. That **** didn't start up. It went Brrrrr with a clicking noise. I know it aint my starter or my battery.

The brrrr with the clicking noise is like when your blowing out with your lips.

Just to get a better idea of the situation, how do you know it's not the starter or battery?

If you were messing with the bumper, you might check the relay (directly behind your right headlight on an s13; don't know on s14). It's a little blue box. Wiggle the connections and try again.

Here's an update, i thought it was the battery so i went and bought a new one because we had to jump start it and the car turned on. So when i went to buy the battery and install it, it still did the same thing, we had to jump start the car with the new battery for the car to run again.

Checked the grounds and alternator and they're both were clean and putting out good voltage. My only last conclusion is at the starter. I turned of the car and tried to start it right away and it jump right up again. But maybe thats when it was hot, but when its cold i think its bad. Again my only last conclusion is the starter motor....anybody else?
