wtf cap and rotor is this?!

so i recently bought my 240, its a 1990 piggy with a 93 24de in it. i was planning on changing the cap and rotor today because they were burnt to hell. when i purchased my new cap and rotor they didnt look anything like the one i had on, and i knew the one i had on there was not the stock one, but figured the distributor was the same...NOPE!! the rotor post doesnt fit the new stock rotor i just purchased!! i would like to know what cap and rotor this is instead of buying a whole new distributor to fit my new stock pieces.

It should fit in your 93 ka24de engine unless they gave you a wrong cap and rotor

well... ive seen other pictures where thats not what the cap and rotor look like. what do you have?

it DOES fit my engine because it came OFF my engine. the replacement parts they gave me dont fit, but they say that those are the only ones for that engine unless its a mitsubishi system. IM SO CONFUSED. is it a mitsubishi system?

yes, its a mitsubishi made dist/cap, maybe you got the 1 for a sohc not a dohc?

na i asked for the 93 cap and rotor, the one they gave me i found out is the....uh it starts with an H...but yeah i figured out i have the mitsubishi distributor
