try to get the testing at a California BAR place. they are the legit testing place...they will give you certified report with the trsting and a sticker.
that's what I did, now if any one pulls me over, I have the sticker and paperwork saying it is legal as far as the sound goes... and I have the smog tests, saying it is legal in that sense... so yea..
but they can give you ticket for just about anything you can think off... it's up to you to pass them...

Are you refering to how the back of the actual muffler is not stainless steal and will rust out!? cuz thats exactly what is happening to mine!
