WTF??? a little help please??

The *$#% who had my 91 240 before me had a pretty decent system if the wires tell anything. Problem is that he ripped everything out when his car got repo'd. I had a friend who knows a little about sterios take a look, and he said that all the wires are F***** up, and that the wires that had been to the factory stereo had been cut WAYYYYY back. When I look into the hold where I should have a CD player I can see a group of cut wires, and then up closer to me there is a buttload of chopped wires. He attempted to hook them to my CD player, but there is not power source, and no ground. Should I have it looked at by a pro, or should I try to get someone who knows a little more to do it for free?

Take a look here, it's a great site for wiring diagrams/pin outs that MECPInstaller posted in a similar thread about someone swiping a system and leaving about the same thing you have.

hey thanks for giving me props for the diagram one plus to being a installer at a store and find secret documents and diagrams i'm dying to get ahold of a password for dei's techsoft program
